Blind Mellon Software Setup

Unzip the contents of the zip file into a directory and
execute Setup.exe from Windows.

This program and setup require VBRUN300.DLL be  present
in your windows\system directory, if you do not have this
file it can be obtained from any bbs or compuserve.
